That is why we can train the management and employees of private or public organizations to identify opportunities and prepare financing requests for various projects, to evaluate, monitor and handle by using training courses and consulting services that are adapted to each situation and need.

I have been running various activities related to project management and project consulting for over 20 years now. In the beginning, as a beneficiary, I have learned how things should be and then I have experienced what it means to be a consultant. From there to starting to write, develop and manage projects there was only one step left.  In the last 9 years I have been evaluating projects financed from different sources (Structural Funds -POS CCE/Raising of Economic Competitiveness and POS DRU/HR Development; Life-Long Learning; Youth in Action; Active European Citizenship; Transnational and Cross-border Cooperation; Technical Assistance; Research – Framework Programs 6 and 7, etc).

Experience has demonstrated to me that a well-written project that is implemented by a well-prepared team is successful. No exceptions.“
