Who We Are

Virgil is a Training Manager – certified by the National Qualifications Authority (ANC, former CNFPA) and Institute of Public Administration of Ireland, Evaluator of Professional Competencies and Independent Consultant in management, public administration and governmental relations, project evaluation and implementation. With more than 20 years of experience in technical assistance and project management for externally-financed projects (European Funds, World Bank, PNUD, FAO, Twinning, etc.) run in Romania, Rep. of Moldova, Rep. of Serbia, Bosnia, Hungary, United Kingdom and Greece for public and private institutions and international organizations, Virgil also activates in the civil society as Societal Manager and Member of the Board for RoSE – The Romanian Society of Evaluators of Projects, Programs and Public Policies. He coordinated the development of the Project Manager and Project Evaluator occupational standards (approved by ANC), delivered over 200 training courses for the public administration and the private sector and participated to the initiation and implementation of over 30 projects.

Mirela is a Trainer certified by the National Qualifications Authority (ANC, former CNFPA) and the National Agency for Professional Development (ANFP), Project Manager, Evaluator of Professional Competencies and Independent Consultant in strategic analysis, planning and communication, negotiation, public relations and marketing. Mirela has over 15 years of experience in the management of local and international projects run in Romania, Rep. of Moldova, Rep. of Serbia, and Azerbaijan for public institutions or private organizations. She is a member of RoSE – The Romanian Society of Evaluators of Projects, Programs and Public Policies and the Executive Director of the “Duo Alternative” Association that promotes the integration of disadvantaged groups. She delivered over 100 training courses for the public administration and private sector and obtained financing for 23 projects.

Mihaela is a Trainer certified by the National Qualifications Authority (ANC, former CNFPA) and is specialized in project management, in Romania and Germany. She has Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in sociology. Mihaela has a professional experience of over 3 years in the field of human resources development, personnel recruiting in a multinational company, professional counseling and development for NGOs, market research and the implementation of projects financed from European funds.
