Training and competency certification for the public administration (public-private partnership)

VIP Profconsult has concluded a professional partnership with the National Agency of Public Servants (Agentia Nationala a Functionarilor Publici), via the Bucharest Regional Training Center (Centrul Regional de Formare Bucuresti - CRFB). The objective of this partnership is the delivery of ANC-certified training programs or thematic courses in various fields of interest to the local and central public administration personnel.

VIP Profconsult will also cover the certification of the professional competencies for the Project Manager occupation. The curriculum for 4/2013 trimester features interesting topics and adequate locations (4/2013).

The participants to the training programs will receive ANFP Certifications, recognized for the promotion in the public service, for the thematic courses and ANC Certifications (former CNFPA), recognized at national level, for the occupational courses (Project Manager and Project Evaluator).

The evaluation of competencies for the Project Manager occupation is performed following the testing of the candidates at the CRFB Headquarter or of the beneficiaries. The candidates must demonstrate they have knowledge and practical experience in project management, as per the requirements of the Occupational Standard R38.
